I am researching the introducing of critical mathematics education in statistics courses in teacher education. This is done through an empirical investigation where the teachers and student teachers experience of aforementioned course is analyzed using Actor Network Theory. Our findings reveal that the complexity increases. We give an explanation to why the complexity increase and suggestions on how the student teachers could be guided to handle it.
